CECP brings 3 STEM Programs to Campus

CECP is proud to bring 3 new STEM programs to campus: CyberPatriots, First Tech Challenges, and HOSA.

CyberPatriot, an Air Force Association’s National Cyber Youth Education Program, was created to motivate students towards careers in cyber security and other STEM disciplines. The program features the National Youth Cyber Defense Competition for high school.

First Tech Challenge

First Tech Challenge, which is a team (10+ members, grades 7 – 12) challenged to design, build, program and operate robots to compete in a head-to-head challenge in an alliance format.  Students will develop STEM skills and practice engineering principles (like keeping an engineering notebook) while realizing the value of hard work, innovation and sharing ideas.

Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA)

The mission of HOSA is to empower HOSA-Future Health Professionals to become leaders in the global health community through education, collaboration, and experience.

The purpose of HOSA-Future Health Professionals is to develop leadership and technical HOSA skill competencies through a program of motivation, awareness and recognition, which is an integral part of the Health Science Education instructional program.
